Kevin Meek has built a championship-level women's soccer program at Elms College. Entering his third season at the helm of the program in 2011, Meek has a young team that plays a dynamic, possession-oriented style that can keep the team winning for years to come.

In two seasons at the helm, Coach Meek has directed the Blazers to back-to-back nine-win seasons, including a pair of 7-1 marks in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) play and two straight conference postseason tournament appearances.

A strong recruiter of talented players, since his arrival at Elms, Coach Meek has had five First Team All Conference players, a pair of Second Team All Conference players, two Honorable Mention All-NECC selections and a Goalkeeper of the Year recipient.

Prior to assuming the helm of the Blazers, Coach Meek spent four seasons as the assistant women's soccer coach at Westfield State University. During the fall of 2008, Coach Meek helped direct the Owls to a 15-5 overall record, the Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference (MASCAC) championship and the team's first bid to the NCAA Division III Championship tournament. He also served as the Director of Coaching for the Junior Pioneers and Pioneer Valley Storm soccer clubs, coached club soccer at all levels in both Indiana and Massachusetts, and has been a contributing writer for Soccer New England.

Coach Meek brings NCAA Tournament experience and a background as a Division I player for Butler University. A native of Noblesville, Ind., he was a member of two club state championships, a high school semi-state championship, (earning first team All-State honors two consecutive years), and five ODP state and regional squads.

Coach Meek received his Advanced National Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) during the summer of 2010 and his Premier Diploma in 2011. This spring he will be the Head Assistant Coach for the U17 boys' Olympic Development Program team in Massachusetts. He also holds personal trainer certifications from both the American College and National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is an Associate Professor of English at a local university.

Coach Meek graduated from Butler University in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in English and History, and received his master's degree in English and Rhetoric from Indiana University in 2003. He also earned his MFA in creative from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2007.

Keith Saltmarsh is in his second season as an assistant coach of the women's soccer program primarily working with the goalkeepers.

Coach Saltmarsh brings over 30 years of combined playing and coaching experience to his position at Elms.

In 2009, Coach Saltmarsh was the Westfield High School girls varsity head coach, and was the West Region girls soccer Bay State Games head coach in 2009 and 2010. In addition, he also has a combined eight years of Western Mass. Junior Pioneers and Western Mass. Lady Pioneers coaching experience.

Coach Saltmarsh has also received several certifications and licenses including his USSF National B License, NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, and the NSCAA National Goalkeeper Diploma.

Jennifer Leveille is in her first season as an assistant coach of the women's soccer program.

Coach Leveille joins the Blazers with valuable coaching and playing experience. Coach Leveille was a volunteer assistant girls varsity soccer coach at Westfield State University in 2009.

On the playing field, Coach Leveille was a four-year varsity letter winner at Westfield State, Coach Leveille was a two-time team captain for the Owls in 2007 and 2008.

Coach Leveille received her bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in Secondary Education from Westfield State.
