SAAC
The Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is a group
of 15 student-athletes, consisting of one representative for each
intercollegiate varsity team. Members are elected by their teams
and recognized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association
(NCAA) as representatives of Elms College student athletes. The
purpose of the SAAC is to broaden communication between student
athletes and the Athletics Department while dedicating ourselves to
the betterment of Elms College athletics and their relationship to
our greater community.

HISTORY OF THE BOLT AWARDS
The Bolt Awards were created by the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) in 2005-06 as a way for Elms College student athletes to recognize the accomplishment of their peers at the College's annual year-end athletics banquet.
