Women's Soccer Takes Ninth in 2025 GNAC Preseason Poll

WINTHROP, Mass. - Following a vote amongst the league's head coaches, the Elms College Women's Soccer team has been selected to finish ninth in the 2025 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Women's Soccer Preseason Poll, as announced on Tuesday afternoon.

Elms is entering their fifth season with the GNAC, when asked about competing and the outlook for the upcoming season Coach Sean Milbier stated that "we have had a very productive preseason and are looking forward to competing at high level this season".

The Blazers finished their season with an overall record of 8-10-2, with a 7-6-2 conference record. After losing in the first round of the GNAC Tournament last year, the Elms Women's Soccer team is ready to build upon their postseason appearance this upcoming season.

Elms will start the season at home on Friday, August 29th against Thomas College at 1 pm at Leary Field to kick off a five game homestand and will then travel to Emmanuel College for their first road contest and conference opener on Saturday, September 13th at 3 pm.

The 2025 GNAC Tournament will begin on Saturday, November 1st for the First Round of the tournament leading up to the Championship Series which will be held on Saturday, November 8th in which the winning team will have a chance to qualify into the 2025 NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Tournament.
