Women's Soccer To Host Parent's Night Out Fundraiser

The Elms College women's soccer team is holding a fundraiser that will have special appeal to area parents.  Parents' Night Out is our way to care for families while raising money for our Community Service and Soccer Trip to Costa Rica in the summer of 2012. 

Parents, we hope you take advantage of our fundraiser and have a date with your spouse, prepare for Valentine's Day or simply take a well-deserved rest. While you are away enjoying yourselves, rest assured that your children are having a blast with an experienced and caring staff in fun, safe and clean facilities.

On Saturday, February 12 we will be watching kids from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. You may drop them off for the whole time or just a few hours. For only $15 for one child (and $10 for any additional siblings), you will be supporting Elms College women's soccer, utilizing child care and enjoying a NIGHT OUT!

If you are further inclined to help make the trip a reality for us, we would gratefully accept a donation on top of the service fee. We look forward to seeing you on February 12.

Date: Saturday, February 12
Location: Elms College, Berchmans Gym, 291 Springfield Street, Chicopee, MA 01013
Check-in: Between 4-5:00 p.m. in Berchmans Gym
Check-out: Choose either a 7:00 p.m. pick-up or a 9:00 p.m. pick-up (price is the same)
Ages: Open to any children younger than 9 (Please provide detailed notes and supplies for children younger than 3)
Staff: Coaches, players (many experienced baby sitters & future nurses) & parent volunteers

Here are some of the activities we have planned for the children:

• Gym time – We'll have free-play time as well as our favorite games with kids
• Dinner time – Cheese pizza and water. (You are welcome to provide snacks or alternative food as long as it does not contain nuts.)
• More gym time – We'll work off dinner with basketball and volleyball in the Maguire gym and soccer in Berchmans gym.
• Swimming – We'll have swimming in our beautiful pool (lifeguards will be present, but you need to sign a separate waiver and provide supplies if you would like your child to swim.)
• Movie time – We'll end the evening with a G-rated movie (wear your pj's or comfy clothes and be sure to pack your favorite blanket, pillow or sleeping bag.)
