Baseball Picked Eighth in 2025 GNAC Preaseason Poll
WINTHROP, Mass. - Following a vote amongst the league's head coaches, the Elms College Baseball team has been selected to finish eighth in the 2025 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Baseball Preseason Poll, as announced on Friday afternoon.

Elms is entering their fourth season with the GNAC, when asked about competing and the outlook for the upcoming season Coach John Raiola stated that "while we've graduated some key contributors, we also have a really talented, young group who has been working hard and waiting for the opportunity that they've now earned. When we take care of the baseball, we should be a tough group to beat".
The Blazers finished their season with an overall record of 16-21, with a 6-10 conference record. With missing the postseason last year, the Elms Baseball team is ready for their upcoming season.
Elms will start the season on the road with a doubleheader at Clark University on Sunday, February 23rd and will host Wentworth Institute of Technology for their home opener on Thursday, March 20th at 3:30 pm at Mackenzie Stadium. They will then host New England College on Saturday, March 22nd for their conference opener.
The 2025 GNAC Tournament will begin on Friday, May 2nd for the First Round in a double-elimination tournament leading up to the Championship Series which will be held on Friday, May 9th in which the winning team will have a chance to qualify into the 2025 NCAA Division III Baseball Tournament.
