Sean brings a tremendous amount of energy to our program, and his experience as a former NCAA Division III student athlete combined with his coaching background will position the women's soccer team well for the future."
Prior to coaching at Elms, Milbier spent the 2010, 2011 and 2012 seasons as an assistant coach at Western New England University under Head Coach Ron Dias.

Milbier reached the 100 win milestone in just his ninth season in charge and is the winningest coach in program history.

A midfielder, he compiled 46 points on 17 goals and 12 assists during his career. He was team offensive MVP after his junior year and Player of the Year in 2000.
