In his first three seasons, Coach Kelly has led the Blazers to 31 victories (.596 winning percentage), three consecutive NAC Tournament berths, and has coached a combined 10 All-NAC players, including six First Team selections.

Coach Kelly brings 12 years of high school and collegiate coaching experience to the Blazers' sidelines.

Prior to Elms College, he served for two years as assistant coach of the Springfield Cathedral High School girls' soccer program, and helped lead the Panthers to the 2003 Massachusetts Division I state championship.

Coach Kelly was a four-year player at both Springfield Cathedral High School (1986-89) and at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine (1990-93). He helped lead Cathedral to a Division I State championship in 1987 and consecutive sectional titles in 1987 and 1988. While at Bates, Coach Kelly was a two-time All-Maine Coaches Team selection in 1992 and 1993.

Coach Kelly earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Bates College in 1994, and is currently working toward a master's degree from UMass-Amherst and a certificate of advanced graduate study from Trinity College.
