Victoria Cebula
Elms College freshman women's soccer player Victoria Cebula (Granby, Mass.) was selected as this week's female student athlete spotlight.
A nursing major at Elms, Cebula completed her first season as a member of the Blazers' women's soccer program during the fall of 2010.
In her debut season on the pitch, Cebula started 18 of 19 games played primarily in the Blazers' midfield and tallied a goal and two assists during the season, helping Elms earn the third seed in the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) tournament. Cebula's scoring strike came in a 5-2 loss to Smith College, while her first assist came in a 1-0 win over Mount Ida College. Her second helper of the season occured against NECC foe Bay Path College in an 8-1 win. Her stellar play in the midfield helped the Blazers finish 6-2 in conference action.
Briefly describe your favorite sports moment (playing or as a fan):
My favorite sports moment was winning in sudden-death overtime during the MIAA semifinals during my senior year.

My family - they're great!

Where is your favorite place to travel and why:
My favorite place to travel to is my aunt's lake house in New Hampshire because it is peaceful and relaxing.
