  MEN'S SOCCER DEFEATS THOMAS, 2-0

WATERVILLE, ME, Saturday Oct. 24, 2006 - Elms College freshman forward Sean Moylan (Chicopee, MA) netted a pair of goals to lead the Blazers to a 2-0 victory in Saturday's North Atlantic Conference (NAC) men's soccer game at Thomas College.

With the win, the Blazers improve to 5-6-1 overall, and 4-3 in the NAC.

Moylan netted his third and fourth goals of the season in the first half both on passes from junior midfielder Nda Kaslong (Jos, Nigeria).

The Blazers out-shot the Terriers eight to one, as sophomore goalkeeper Nick Pellegrini (Ludlow, MA) recorded his first shut-out of the season.

The Blazers return to action Sunday, October 15, as they travel to Maine-Farmington. The conference game is slated for 2:15 p.m.
