Jason Plamondon is in his fifth season on the men's basketball staff at Elms College and is in his second season as the first assistant.

In three seasons as a volunteer assistant, Coach Plamondon has helped guide the Blazers to two conference titles, an NCAA Division III Championship appearance, and two ECAC Championship appearances, including the ECAC championship during the 2009-10 season. 

Coach Plamondon served as the assistant boys varsity basketball coach for the High School of Science and Technology from 2008-2009.

Coach Plamondon earned his associates degree in sports management from Springfield Technical Community College in 2007.

Dylan Auman enters his second season as an assistant coach of the men's basketball program. Coach Auman brings a wealth of coaching experience to the Blazers including time at the middle school, high school and prep school levels.

As a student at UNC Asheville, Coach Auman worked all four years as a team manager helping in areas such as practice participation, team organization, and film exchange. In the fall of 2008, he also started coaching at Vertias Christian Academy where he was head coach of the middle school team and an assistant on the high school staff. The following year he worked at an area prep school - ABI Basketball Institute - for a season before the organization moved to Charlotte, N.C.

During the last six summers, Coach Auman has worked at Dave DeVenzio's National Point Guard Camp in various locations, including Atlanta, Ga., Lynchburg, Va. and Greensboro, N.C. In addition, he has also worked stints at two Euro League Exposure Camps and team camps at schools such as Wofford University.

A native of Asheville, N.C., Auman graduated from UNC Asheville in 2012 with a degree in mass communication.
