DAIGNEAULT NAMED NAC GOLF PLAYER OF THE WEEK

CHICOPEE, MA, Oct. 1, 2007 - Elms College senior Neil Daigneault (Ludlow, MA) was named the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Golf Player of the Week on Monday.

Daigneault carded a school-record round of 3-under par 69 at last week's Rhode Island College quad-match at Triggs Memorial Golf Course in Providence, RI Daigneault recorded seven birdies and was five shots ahead of the nearest competitor en route to individual medalist honors in the 20-player field.

Elms College returns to action when it hosts the Blazer Invitational on Tuesday, October. 2. Tee-time is scheduled for 11:00 a.m.
