FARMINGTON, ME, Oct. 27, 2007 - Elms College junior goalkeeper Katelyn Wasgatt (Worcester, MA) stopped 19 shots, but the University of Maine-Farmington had eight different players score a goal as the top-seeded Beavers dispatched the No. 8 Blazers 12-0 in Saturday's North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Field Hockey Tournament quarterfinal game at Prescott Field.

The Beavers ran their record to 11-5 and are scheduled to host No. 5 Lasell College (8-10) in semifinal action on Tuesday. The Blazers ended their season at 2-15.

Maine-Farmington held 43-2 command in shots and took 20 penalty corners.
