Lasell College won the game 2-0 despite Strunk's landmark achievement. With the loss the Blazers fall to 1-11 overall, 1-6 NAC. Freshman midfielder Caitlyn Walker (Middlebury, CT) tallied the first goal on an assist from senior forward Amanda Wasowski (Pembroke, NH) in the 17^th minute. 17 minutes later, senior forward Jackie Motyl (Chicopee, MA) scored her 13^th goal of the season on a pass from sophomore forward Kristine Barry (Wilmington, MA) to finish the scoring for the Lasers. Elms College returns to action Wednesday, October 18 against Anna Maria. The non-conference game is slated for 4:00 p.m.
