  WOMEN'S FIELD HOCKEY FALLS TO KINGS COLLEGE, 15-0

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY, Sept. 9, 2006 - Elms College senior goalkeeper Colleen Strunk (Stoneham, MA) stopped 22 shots, but Kings College netted nine first half goals en route to a 15-0 win over the Blazers in the first round of the Betty Richey Field Hockey Tournament at Vassar College.

With the loss, Elms College (0-2) moves into Sunday's 10:00 a.m. consolation game to face MIT, which fell 4-0 to host Vassar in Saturday's other first round game.
