Athletics To Host NCAA Sportsmanship Speaker

 ATHLETICS TO HOST NCAA SPORTSMANSHIP SPEAKER

CHICOPEE, MA, Jan. 22, 2007 - As part of Elms College's campus-wide "Values-Pass Them On" campaign, the athletic department will host an on-campus lecture on sportsmanship on Monday, January 28 in the Alumnae Library Theater.

The event, which will take place from 7:00-8:00 p.m., features a lecture from Ed Gerety, who spoke on the topic at the North Atlantic Conference's (NAC) Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) meeting last year.

Gerety will be coming to Elms College via a grant from the NCAA.  All are welcome to attend the lecture.
